Delirious has always been one of my favourite band
Excellent musicianship...
And I admire not only their musical creativity, but also by the way the lyrics of their songs were written...contains so much truth in them.
Was listening to this song in my MP3 player while on the bus to KL for my job interview
My Glorious
The world's shaking with the love of God
Great and glorious, let the whole Earth sing
And all you ever do is change the old from new
People we believe that...
(Chorus)
God is bigger than the air I breathe
The world we'll leave
God will save the day and all will say
My glorious!
Clouds are breaking, heaven's come to earth
Hearts awakening let the church bells ring
And all you ever do is change the old from new
People we believe that...
(Chorus)
God is bigger than the air I breathe
The world we'll leave
God will save the day and all will say
My glorious! My glorious! My glorious! My glorious! My glorious!
God is bigger than the air I breathe
The world we'll leave
God will save the day and all will say
My glorious!
As I was listening, I am reminded once again on the greatness of God...
God, my Glorious
Bigger than the air I breathe
'Bigger than the interview(s) I am about to take'
'Bigger than my problems I face'
'Bigger than my weaknesses I have'
'Bigger than my failures I made'
God will save the day
Too many a times, especially lately I have wallow myself in self pity and worries, putting Him out of the picture in my pursue for jobs...
At the end of the day the interview turns out fine...
So happenned that a coursemate of mine, Ding Wen aka 'Hot Dog'* also applied for the same job, and was arranged an interview session on the very same day.
It's sort of a nice relief to see him...knowing that I am not alone, and at least I have a friend to talk to...
* 'Hot Dog' is the name given improtu by Jason & I once upon a time when we still do not know (forgotten) his name , and he was eating a hot dog at that time... cool~
However, I do not think I want to take this job due to few reasons...
I will have to let this pass...
